Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
At this time, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
We partner with third-party warehouses and fulfillment providers to process and ship orders. Shipping is handled by major carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics.
While we will do our best to assist with order tracking, delivery updates, and any shipping-related concerns, we cannot guarantee carrier performance, delivery times, or issue resolution once the package has been handed off to the shipping provider.
We are actively working toward implementing a more flexible return and refund policy in the future. This will include support for situations such as items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
